As Senior Vice President, Client Success at LeasePlan USA, Carolyn Edwards oversees the Client Success team as they provide strategic consultation resulting in significant value for clients.
In her role, Carolyn serves as a champion for clients, collaborating on strategic best practices and cost saving initiatives that achieve and exceed client goals. She works tirelessly with and on behalf of clients to ensure their targets are achieved and the highest level of customer satisfaction retained. An industry veteran of more than 26 years, Carolyn has helped deliver millions of dollars in cost savings to clients through her consultative recommendations.
In her 26+ years at LeasePlan, Carolyn has served in a wide variety of roles, allowing her to gain knowledge in multiple key aspects of the business. Prior to her current role, she was vice president of strategic accounts, responsible for the overall management of strategic clients in all aspects of the business relationship. She has also served as the director of vehicle acquisition; director in client services, in which she oversaw the account managers of all strategic accounts; and a client relations role, fostering relationships with established clients located in the Midwest. Her experience at LeasePlan also includes time in maintenance and repair management support.
Carolyn is also the proud founder and President of Women in Fleet Management (WIFM), a group that brings together “like minded” people in the industry and serves as a resource for female leaders in fleet positions. With her vast experience, she is a highly sought-after industry expert, providing her insight and expertise to numerous industry publications over the years.
